Attorney Roderick Wright is a 1997 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill School of Law. He has been practicing criminal defense in the state courts of North Carolina since 1997, and criminal defense in the federal courts since 2001. Attorney Wright focuses on trial level cases, but he has also handled appellate cases, including many oral arguments before the Federal 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney Wright won his first five criminal jury trials, and he has been winning consistently, and successfully representing clients, in thousands of cases over nearly three decades. Including, a NOT GUILTY verdict in his last federal court criminal jury trial. Attorney Wright has also won on every level of the state criminal courts, including District Court, Superior Court, The NC Court of Appeals and the NC Supreme Court. Results do not come easily; every victory must be hard earned. Knowledge, education, experience, hard work, investigation, communication, creativity, caring, courage and passion are all essential to obtaining justice for you or your loved one. Attorney Wright will fight the battles that others will not. His grandmother's favorite poem was "It Couldn't Be Done" by Edgar Guest, which ends with, "Just start to sing as you tackle the thing that 'cannot be done' and you'll do it."
